Apple cinnamon muffins

We´ve been trying to write a blurb about these, but you really just have to try them. They are sooo good.

Batter:

150 gram butter
200 gram sugar
2 toppa tbs brown sugar
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 eggs

Filling:

2 apples

Topping:

50 g butter
6 large tbs oats
6 large tbs chopped almonds
4 large tbs sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

We´d recommens using paper pans as they stuck a little to the tray.

Peel the apples and dice them. Put in a pan with a little water and cook until tender. Drain and puré.

Preheat oven to 180 celcius.

Combine butter and sugar and mix until creamy. Andd the eggs one by one while mixing. Sift in flour/baking soda.

Spoon a little of the batter into the pans. Then put apple pure in, try to dig a little hole while you spoon it in. Then add the rest of the batter. Try not to mix it. About 3/4 full pans will be good.

Topping:

Melt the butter. Stir in oats, chopped almonds, sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top and bake for 25 minutes.
