Blueberry muffins and some

We always come back to the blueberry muffin - a classic. This is the deluxe recipe with crumbles on top:
Preheat oven to 200 celcius.
Mix in one bowl:
300 g flour
150 g sugar (we use demerara)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon natron
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix in another bowl:
3 egg
2 dl rape seed oil
Then combine the contents of the two bowls. Add aprox 200 g. blueberries and fill your tray. The recipe is enough for 12 large muffins.
Mix oats, butter and sugar, aboput 30 grams of each. Spread on top of the muffins. Sprinkle with some cinnamon and bake for 20 - 25 minutes. Enjoy!
