Perfect for a birthday party. We suggest you bake them in small trays as these are a sweet treat!</p>
<p><strong>Batter:</strong></p>
<p><span>200 g butter<br />2 dl sugar<br /></span><span>Juice from one orange<br />Peel from one orange (ground)</span><br /><span>4 eggs<br /></span><span>200 g creamcheese<br /><br /></span></p>
<p><span>4 dl wheat flour<br />2 teaspoons baking soda</span></p>
<p><span>Chunks of brownies (we bought ready made)<br /></span></p>
<p><span>Enough for 12 large cupcakes, but we will make smaller ones the next time as they where very sweet.<br /></span></p>
<p><span>Preheat oven to 400 fahrenheit. If you hjave hot air oven, 350 is enough. Mix everything except the flour/bakingsoda. Add the flour/bakingsoda a little at the time. Fill your trays half way up, then add a large chunk of brownie into each cupcake. Cover with a little more batter and bake for 25 minutes (large) or 18 - 20 minutes (small)</span></p>
<p><span><strong>Icing:</strong></span></p>
<p><span>One egg white<br />170 g. powdered sugar<br />1 teaspoon lemon juice.</span></p>
<p><span>Beat the egg white and lemon juice until combined. Add powdered sugar, </span><span>increase speed and beat until thick and shiny.</span> Spread on your cupcakes and enjoy!</p>]]></content></entry></feed>
