Choc-orange cupcakes with ginger

Batter
1 egg
100 ml sugar
50 ml buttermilk
100 ml sunflower oil
Juice from half an orange
Grated zest from hrom half an orange
Grated giner, 1x1 cm cube
300 ml flour
1 ts vanilla sugar
1 ts baking soda
100 g chocolate chips

Frosting
Powdered sugar
Orange juice

Set the oven to 390 degres Fahrenheit. Mix the ingredients and fill paper cups 2/3 full. Bake for 20 minutes. Let them cool and decorate with frosting.
