Choc-pear-cupcakes
3 eggs
150 ml sugar
1 ts vanilla sugar
1 ts baking soda
500 ml flour
200 ml milk
100 ml oil
1 ripe pear
100 g choc chips
Powdered sugar
Golden sugar
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Put the milk, oil and eggs in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients in another before mixing them into the other bowl. Remove the skin from the pear and cut it into small cubes. Stir the pear and the choc chips gently into the batter. Fill paper cups and bake for 25 minutes.
Serve with some powdered sugar mixed with a few drops of water. Top it with some golden sugar.
