Cast off.<br /><br /><strong>Daisy-cosy<br /></strong> Knit the Daisy like this: <br />K3tog, don&acute;t lift the stitch off the needle, YO, K3tog, lift the 3 new stitches off the left needle. (don&acute;t knit too tightly!) <br />Cast on 24 stitches in the main colour (use double strands for the entire project) Knit a rib, K1, P1 for about 0.8&rdquo;. <br />Knit 1 round and increase 8 stitches evenly.<br />Knit the pattern like this  <br /><br />Daisy 1:<br /> Knit 1 round in pattern colour<br />* 1 Daisy, P1.* Repeat from * to * throughout the round<br /><br />Daisy 2<br />Knit 1 round in pattern colour <br />Slip 1.<br />*P1, 1 Daisy.* Repeat from * to * until 2 stitches remain. Use the first slipped stitch of the round with the 2 remaining stitches to knit 1 daisy.&nbsp; Place the last stitch on the right needle on to the left needle to make sure the round starts where it should again.<br /><br />Repeat Daisy 1 and Daisy 2 until you have at least 7 stripes of daisies.<br /><br />Knit a rib, K1, P1 for about 0.8&rdquo;. Cast off.<br /><br /><strong>Garter-cosy  <br /></strong>Make a chain of at least 20 chain stitches using your fingers. <br />Use the chain and pick up one stitch in each stitch using double strands, 1 in the main colour 1 in a pattern colour.<br /><br />Knit garter stitch back and forth, and change the pattern colour where desired. After about 5.9&rdquo; after finishing a row from the wrong side, release the thread with chain stitches, and place the stitches on to a spare needle. Assemble using the kitchener&acute;s stitch. You can also just cast on like normal and cast off like normal.
