Püsli

This is a huge batch, but you really dont need to follow the recipe. Use whatever you got of seeds, nuts and dried fruits.

The dry:

300 g porridge oats
300 g large rolled oats (because of their good looks, they probably taste the same as the porridge ones)
100 g sesame seeds
100 g sunflower seeds
100 g flax seeds
150 g oatbran
150 g walnuts
2 ts vanilla sugar
1/2 ts salt

The wet:

1 dl. corn or rape seed oil (or other mild oil)
2 really large table spoons of honey (like 5 or 6 if it is liquid)

Also:

150 g dried banana chips

250 g raisins

Preheat oven to 175 C. Mix the dry ingredients in a pan:

Heat the oil and honey just to melt the honey. Do NOT bring to a boil.

Mix the honey oil with the dry and stir well. Roast for 25 - 30 minutes. Stir occasionally during the roasting. You want the müsli slightly golden brown. Let cool in pan and add banana chips and raisins when cold.

Sew a nice coat for the top or just glue fabric on it like this:

Mix well and fill your glass. Makes to large glasses.

This is a free recipe for homemade müsli from Pickles.no. We´ll be thrilled if you make it. Please link to us if you do ;)

um there's an awkward spelling of grape seed oil that you might want to look at. But going to try it!
