Mor p&aring;st&aring;r hardnakket at det var en squash, eller at squash og gresskar er det samme. Meget mulig det, uansett, b&aring;de squash og gresskar egner seg utmerket i bakst. Det blir saftig og s&oslash;tt, og ganske sunt ogs&aring;. Skikkelig h&oslash;stmuffins;)<strong><br /><br />R&oslash;re</strong><br />3 egg<br />2,5 dl sukker<br />4 dl mel<br />2 dl havregryn<br />1 ts bakepulver<br />1ts vaniljesukker<br />Litt muskat, kanel, kardemomme og &oslash;rlite cayennepepper<br />100 g kokesjokolade, grovhakket<br />&frac12; dl appelsinjuice<br />1 dl olje<br />Litt revet appelsinskall<br />5 dl gresskar eller squash, finrevet.</p>

<p>Visp egg og sukker til dosis. Bland alt det t&oslash;rre i en bolle, og det v&aring;te i en annen, bortsett fra gresskaret som du legger i en sil eller p&aring; et klede s&aring; det f&aring;r rent av seg. Ha i vekselsvis. Bland i gresskaret til slutt.</p>
<p>Stek 1 time p&aring; 175 grader.</p>
