Lemon-poppyseed-muffins
In the Summertime we enjoy light and fresh muffins.
1 egg
100 ml sugar
150 buttermilk
50 ml oil
Juice from 1 lemon
Zest from 1 lemon
350 ml flour
1 ts baking soda
1 ts vanilla sugar
Some sprinkles poppyseed
Mix egg and sugar lightly. Mix in the milk, oil, juice and zest. Add the rest of the ingredients. Bake for 25 minutes at 390 degrees Fahrenheit.
