Maternity muffins

Having a new born means a lot of visitors. These muffins are kind of healthy if your sick of just eating cake all the time. Super quick to make too;)

1 egg
50 ml rapeseed oil
200 ml vanilla yoghurt
50 ml sugar
200 ml flour
100 ml wholemeal flour
200 ml oats
1 ts baking soda
1 handfull pistachios
1 handful cranberries
100 g chocolate chips

Mix the wet ingedients. Put everything else into the bowl and stir until mixed.
Put the batter into 12 paper cups and bake at 390 degrees for 15-20 minutes
