Minimal easter

White on white can be pretty nice. The textures and materiales really comes out. And if you think it´s sad, just make them in multiple colours. The project is described below.

Easter eggs
What you need:
Eggs, emptied
Paint
Paintbrush
Soft roller
Touch Tekstil Volume
Fish wire for hanging

How we did it
Empty the eggs (and make somethin yummy..)
Paint the eggs white, and use the soft roller to create a nice, even texture.
Create patterns using the textile gel. We made dots, lines and hearts.
The gel dries slowly. You might want to decorate half of them first, leave them drying, and come back to finish them later.

Hang the eggs using fish wire.
Egg-warmer
What you need:
White mohair yarn
Small pom pom maker
Needle
Scissors

How we did it:
Make eigth small pom-poms. Trim them. Sew five together in a circle, and then three more in a smaller circkle on top. It´s like a tiny pyramide.

This is a free pattern from pickles.no. We´ll be thrilled if you use it. Please link to us if you do;)

Utrolig kule egg! Takk for inspirasjonen!
I love the elegance of white on white - so stylish! Not quite sure of the purpose of an egg warmer, but the mohair balls are mighty sweet.
I think these are brilliant! Love the added texture!
What a lovely idea!
Such pretty texture on the eggs. They are the perfect egg for a neutral decor.
Very stylish, my favourite egg decorating diy that I've seen!
