Pattern
Cast on 48 s. Place marker (pm) at the beginning of the round and after 24 s to mark the sides. Knit ribbing in the round K2  P2 for 6 rounds. Continue in stockinette until the piece measures 19 “. Bind off 2 s before and after each marker. (4 s in each side.) Put aside on a spare needle while knitting the arms. (= 40 s)

Arms
Cast on 16 s. Use “magic loop” technique and knit ribbing k2, p2 in the round for 5 rounds. Continue in stockinette until the arm measures 19 “. Bind off 4 s under the arm. (= 12 s) Knit another.

Place all the parts on to the same needle. (= 64 s) PM in between all the parts (4 places) The marker at the end/beginning of the round is marker 1.

Decreases
Round 1: Knit
Round 2: Knit 1 s past marker 2. K2tog. Knit until 3 s is left before marker 3, SSK. Repeat for marker 4 and 1.
Round 3-5: Knit
Round 6: As round 2.
Round 7-9: Knit
Round 10: Knit 1 s past marker 1, K2tog * Knit until 3 s is left before marker 2, SSK. Knit 1 s past marker 2, K2tog.* Repeat between *and * with marker 3 and 4. Knit until 3 s is left before marker 1, SSK.

Repeat round 7-9 and 10 another 2 times (=32 s) Knit ribbing for 3 rounds. Bind off and weave in all ends. Sew the under arm seams.
