Pistachio delicacies

Til 12 muffins

Batter
1 egg
100 ml sugar
100 ml yoghurt
50 ml oil
100 ml milk
2 ts baking powder
300 ml flour
2 tbs cocoa
100 g dark chocolate chips
100 g milk chocolate chips

Frosting
50 g butter
1 handful pistachios, unsalted
100 ml powdered sugar
1 tbs milk

Put the oven on 390 degrees.
Mix the dry and the wet ingredients seperately before mixing them together. Stir in the chocolate chips. Bake for about 15 minutes. Mix the frosting well in a food processor. Wait until the muffins are cool before you put the frosting on. Serve with raspberries. Yummy!
