I &aring;r har vi derfor perfeksjonert oppskriften, og bakt inn en overraskelse- som ikke overraskende er - ja nettopp, ripsen.<br /><br />8 muffins:<br /><br />R&oslash;re:<br />1 egg<br />1 dl sukker<br />3 dl hvetemel<br />2 ts bakepulver<br />1 ts vaniljesukker<br />1 dl melk<br />1 dl rapsolje<br />1 d&aelig;sj salt<br /><br />Fyll:<br />1 dl vaniljekrem<br />1/2 dl rips<br /><br />Sett ovenen p&aring; 200 grader.<br />Bland r&oslash;ren raskt sammen. Vend ripsen forsiktig inn i vaniljekremen.<br />Fyll muffinsformene 1/4 fulle, ha i en god spiseskje vaniljekrem/rips, og dekk til med r&oslash;re.<br />Stek i ca 20 minutter.<br />Pynt gjerne med litt melis og rips!<br /><br /></p>]]></content></entry></feed>
