Rocky Road Muffins

Batter for 10 muffins
2 eggs
100 ml sugar
100 ml buttermilk
50 ml sunflower oil
3 tb cocoa
1 ts baking soda
350 ml flour
100 g chocolate chips
8 large mashmallows cut into 4

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg and sugar briefly. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Put the mashmallows and the chocolate into the batter at the very end.
Fill the paper cups 2/3, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
