Smoothie Muffins

Mm, summer! These came out super yummy, and can be made in endless variations. Look like ordinary blueberry muffins, but with a fruity surprice inside! Make your favourite smoothie, or use whatever you got of frozen fruit, berries and juice.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

1 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup oil
300 g wheat flour
3 large teaspoons of baking soda
a pinch of salt
100 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

Mix the dry and wet separately, then mix together.

Smoothie 1:
150 g frozen blueberries
a dash of orange juice
2 tbs yoghurt naturelle
1/2 banana

Smoothie 2:
150 g frozen mango, diced
a dash of orange juice
2 tbs yoghurt naturelle
1/2 banana

Blend until smooth.

Have aprox a tbs of batter in the cup first, then a large spoon of smoothie. Then top it of with more batter. You should fill them about half full from keeping them from running over when baked.

Bake for 18 minutes.
