Needles
32” circular needles and DPN´s US 7 or the size you need to aquire the right gauge.
Gauge
Ribbing/Edges: 24 s = 4”
Stretched sideways 14 s = 4”
Brioche: 17 s = 4”
Stretched sideways: 7 s = 4”
Bottom width (measured stretched and flat)
14 (15) 16 (17.5) 19 (21.5) inches
Lenght
19.7 (21.6) (23.2) 25.5 (27.5) 29 inches
It is difficult to measure gauge in this technique, we recommend going up a needle size if you are a medium to tight knitter.
The dress is knee length in small sizes, and mid thigh on the larger sizes.

Cast on 152 s with MC on US 7 needles. Knit in the round.
“Edging”
Round 1: * K1, P1*
Round 2: *K1, slip 1 s with yarn in front *
Round 3: *slip one s with yarn in back, P1*
Repeat round 2 and 3 one more time.
Then continue like this:
Round 1: K1, P1
Round 2: with CC. K1, P1.
Round 3: with MC. K1 in the stitch below, P1.
Round 4: with CC. K1. P1 in the stitch below.
Repeat round 3 and 4 until your piece measures 20.5 inches.
On the next round of CC bind off for arms like this:
Work 67 stitches in the same manner as before, bind off 9 stitches. Work 67 stitches, bind off 9 stitches (= 134 stitches left on the needles)
Arms
Cast on 44 stitches on DPN needles with MC. Knit “edging” for about 1.5 inch, and continue in brioche the same way you did for the body until the arm measures 10.5 inches.
On the next round round of CC bind off under the arm like this:
Bind off the 9 first stitches and work the rest of the round. (= 35 stitches left on the needles) Knit another arm.
Line up all the parts on to the same circular needle. You now have 204 stitches alltogether. Continue in brioche as before for 6.5 inches measured from where you put the parts together. End with a round of MC. You can abandon the CC now and knit the rest in the MC. On the next round decrease like this all round:
*Knit 3 stitches together, P1*. Go back to “edging” (round 2 and 3 only), and work about 1.5 inch. Bind off loosely.
