Stylish hair elastics

Materials:
Crochet hook 3 mm
Scrap yarn
Hair elastics
Glue gun
Pattern:
Chain 2
Round1: 3 sc in 2nd ch from hook.
You will crochet a spiral so no slip stitch at the end of the rounds. You will have to concentrate not to loose the beginning of the round. Count out loud and do all your talking in between rounds.
Round 2: 2 sc in ea sc around = 6 sc
Round 3: 2 sc in ea SC around. = 12 sc
Round 4: 1 sc in eac sc around. = 12 sc
Round 5: 1 sc in eac sc around. = 12 sc
Round 6: 1 sc in eac sc around. = 12 sc
Round 7: 1 sc over two sc = 6 sc
Now its time to stuff the ball. Tip: Stuff the ball with yarn the same colour.
Round 8: 1 sc over two sc = 3 scUse you crochet hook, pull the end through the ball and cut the yarn. Its time to assemble it on the hair elastic.

Cut the hair elastic, and pull it through the ball with your crochet hook. Use your nails to frizz the ends a little, then simply glue them together. Pull the glued part into the ball.

Could another option for attatching little balls to elastic be to just stitch them on, using same color of course, just using an over/under stitch, or just tie on with same color thread. NO need to cut the elastic and reglue that way. Ty for pattern!
