SHIPPING    
We ship worldwide. We do not offer tracking due to the fact that it is really pricy (at least triple the price, Norwegian Mail rates). Rates will be calculated at check out based on the weight of the parcel.

LOST PARCEL?    
We have almost never experienced that a parcel is completely lost. Based on experience it travels fast, but it might take up to 6 weeks for your yarn to arrive from the date we sent it. It depends on the speed of the Mail in the country you live in and also the local Customs. If you haven't received your parcel after 6 weeks, please contact us at support(at)pickles.no

MISTAKE IN RECEIVED ORDER    
Please email us at support(at)pickles.and we will assist you. We need your order number and info about what was missing.

PARCEL RETURNED TO SENDER
If you haven't collected your parcel and it is being returned we will refund you what you initially paid except for a $12 fee for shipping and handling.
