Knitting course Your first sweater. Learn how to knit a sweater from the top down using simple techniques! You should have tried your hand at casting on and knitting straight before. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Choose size from 7-8 years up to 3XL

When: Sunday 26.01 and 09.02 from 10-12. Feel free to come from 9.30 for yarn purchase.

Part 1 – 26.01
The dooropens at 9.30 for those who want to buy yarn and needles.
– Cast on / increase stitches
– Knit straight stitches
– Knit purl stitches

Part 2 – 09.02
– Picking up stitches
– Felling off
– Attaching threads

You will need
– 40 and 80 cm circular needles 12 mm
– 40 (and possibly 80) cm circular needles 8 mm
– Yarn approx. 110 m per 50 g – sizes 7-8 (9-10) 11-12 years (2XS) XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL need approx. 200 (200) 250 (250) 230 (300) 350 g each of two different colors. I have used Pickles Cozy. Of course, you can buy everything you need at the course.

If you need more help or cannot come to part 2, you can also get help with knitting during regular opening hours, we usually have time to help you in 10-15 minutes max.

Yarn and needles are not included.

The course fee will not be refunded if you do not show up. If you can present a sick note, you can participate in a later course. The course will be canceled if there are too few participants.
