We ship the orders within 1-3 working days. The entire stock is always updated in the shop. If we are sold out, but your order has gone through, we will send you the yarn as soon as possible. If the delivery time is very long, we will contact you to make an arrangement.
If you´re not receiving your parcel please get in touch at support(at)pickles.no. As the mail in different contries seem to work at very different speed, and the parcels often stays in the customs duty office for a long time, we don't send you a replacement if it´s less than 6 weeks since your order. (Outside Norway) This is based on experience. To the US it might take a very long time at the moment, as the US Postal Service is sending all packages to U.S Customs and Border Protection for examination.
We print the address you have listed directly onto stickers, and it is the customer's responsibility to make sure the address is correct. If it is incorrect, we do not take the responsibility of replacing it if lost.
All orders will be shipped with the Norwegian Mail. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out, according to Norwegian mail rates. We don´t offer tracking outside Norway. Rates will be calculated at check out based on the weight of your parcel.
The Norwegian tax is deducted at check out (-20%). The customs in your country might therefore add a custom fee upon import. The rules for this varies from country to country, and is out of our control. Most countries have a certain limit that you can buy products for without paying this fee, so make sure to check this out if it is important to you. If you do not wish to pay the fee, simply do not pick up the parcel and it is being sent back to us. You will have a full refund as soon as it is in our hands, but according to experience this might take a few weeks.
We are using PayPal or payment with credit or debit card. PayPal is safe and easy to use, especially if you make your create your own account. If you don’t want your own account, you can still use PayPal and pay with your credit card.
All saled need to be registred in our webshop for book keeping purposes, and we cannot add more items to an exsisting order manually.
Any unused yarn in new and unopened condition that we still have in stock can be returned in exchange for new/different yarn. The customer will have to pay the shipping cost of their return. To exchange yarn, please place a new order as usual, we will refund the amount of the yarn returned once we receive it.
