Bouclé. Pickles Teddy is a 100% natural teddy yarn and is perfect for thick sweaters, jackets, hats, bags and mittens. With this yarn, you automatically get the cozy teddy look, and everything you knit will be super fine, super soft and cozy. We knit the yarn on everything from 6 mm to 12 mm needles. It's comfortable to knit with and if you make a mistake, it's impossible to see, so this yarn is also great for beginners.   The yarn is spun from alpaca and highland wool, and you won't believe how soft it is.   70% highland wool / 30% alpaca | 100 g hesper | 80 meters | Knit on 7-12 mm needles | Gauge per 10 cm: 7-12 stitches / 8-13 rows | Hand wash  

Knitting Patterns and Yarn Kits

Pickles Teddy is well suited to patterns knitted on needles from 6 mm - 12 mm, depending on the type of fabric you want to achieve. The palette of natural colors and bouclé highlights the cozy soft style of the yarn. If you are unsure whether Pickles Teddy is suitable for the project you are knitting, you can send us an email or a message on instagramand we will help you further!   Here you will find all our knitting patterns and yarn kits made in the yarn.   We recommend hand washing in lukewarm/cold water, but you can centrifuge the garment (make sure you don't set the rinse program, only the centrifuge) to get the most out of the water. Then lay the garment straight on the floor and stretch/block it into the shape you want. The garment will dry in a few hours.
