A simple model with raglan decreases, but only on the arms, so you still got the shoulder shape.

Cast on 78 stitches on circular US 11 needles. Place marker at the beginning of the round, and after 39 stitches. Join in the round and K1, P1 for 5 inches. Change to US 13 needles and continue in stockinette until your piece measures 19 inches. Bind off 6 stitches under each arm. (3 on each side of the markers)

Arms
Cast on 18 stitches on US 11 DP needles. Join in the round and K1, P1 for 4.5 inches. Place marker at the beginning of the round. Change to US 13 needles and continue in stockinette. Make one stitch. Then make 2 new stitches every 3.5 inch, 2 times (= 5 new stitches). We do the increases on each side of the middle two stitches. Then increase 2 stitches every 1 inch, 8 times. You now have 39 stitches on your needles. Bind off 6 stitches under each arm. (3 on each side of the marker) Knit another arm.

Raglan decrease
Line up all the parts on a circular needle and continue knitting stockinette in the round. Place a marker in between the parts (4 markers alltogether)

Then on every other round knit like this: Knit until the first marker. K2tog. Knit until 2 stitches before next marker, k2tog. Repeat for the other side. (You only do decreases on the arms, not the body part). Decrease like this on every other round until you have 3 stitches left on each arm.

On the next decrease round knit like this: Knit until the first marker. Slip one stitch purlwise. K2tog. Pass the slipped stitch over the two stitches just knitted. Repeat for the other side. K1, p1 for 2 inches and bind off.

Sew it together under the arms and weave in the loose ends.
